Refund and cancellation policy

This page explains when Webkms gives refunds and how to cancel. In short: the AI receptionist demo is free and you can stop any time, monthly per-call charges are not refunded, and managed plans and projects are not refunded once work has started.

Self-serve AI receptionist

• Free demo. The 7-day demo (up to 25 answered calls) is free and does not need a card, so there is nothing to refund.
• Per-call charges. After the demo, answered calls are billed monthly at the per-call rate shown on the pricing page. These charges are not refunded.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. You pay only for calls answered before you cancel.

Managed plans and projects

This covers managed AI receptionist plans and the automation projects we set up for you.

• No refunds after work starts. Setup fees, project fees and monthly plan fees are not refunded once we have started work.
• 30 days' notice to cancel. You can cancel a managed plan with 30 days' notice.

How to cancel or ask a billing question

Email support@webkms.com and tell us which service you want to cancel. Questions about a charge go to the same address.
